    Stayed in the Beautiful Suite for 2 nights and the room was super nice and clean. Had beautiful views of the river. Definitely felt comfy, but it could've used a bit more soundproofing, as we could hear some noise from outside. The beds were cozy, though, and the overall vibe of the place were great.

    We loved the chilled vibe by the river and enjoyed daily shuttles to local spots. The breakfast spread was excellent and the staff was always going out of their way to help. David at the bar is a cocktail wizard!

    The suite with the spa bath was spacious and clean. The restaurant offered delicious food, and the breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety. The pools were a great way to unwind, especially the heated one.

    The staff was attentive. I really enjoyed the beautiful river views from our room, it was a nice touch for the family.

    The stay featured a wonderful breakfast with a variety of homemade organic fruits that delighted everyone, alongside a lovely bar/restaurant with a fantastic view. The staff went out of their way to assist us and provided daily transportation into town. Thicker walls would have helped with soundproofing.

    The location is kinda nice, away from the busy town, and the views of the river are just beautiful. Breakfast is really nice with a ton of homemade stuff, and the staff is super nice and attentive, especially checkin in and helping us with our plans. My kids loved the play area which is great for family fun too. Plus, the burger restaurant is awesome, seriously delicious!

    It would have been nice if they had more towels for the pool.

    The hotel's location is great, nestled on the bank of a river. It adds a unique charm to the overall experience. The rooms are incredibly comfy, with a super unique concept of having either a swimming pool at your balcony or a huge bath.     The breakfast was fantastic and served quickly, giving us a great start to our day. The room was spacious and clean, with a great shower. The multiple pools and gym provided plenty of options for relaxation and exercise. It was also a bonus that some rooms had private pools, which added a unique touch to the experience. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, helping us organize tours and providing transfers when needed. The hotel's location was also ideal, offering a peaceful escape while still being close to the city center.

    The limited number of sunbeds at the swimming pool, especially at the pool with the infinite border. Another aspect that could be improved was the bar/restaurant, which didn't live up to the overall concept of the hotel and could have been more sophisticated.

    We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful, providing us with umbrellas in the rain and even loaning us wine glasses and a corkscrew. The hotel was very clean and modern, with great facilities like multiple pools and a gym. It was also conveniently located close to a beautiful waterfall, just a short 10-minute ride away.

    Everything is what we needed and wanted.

    The rooms were spacious enough and had a nice rustic vibe. , the swimming pools were clean and a great way to cool off during the hot weather. The free shuttle to and from the town center was very convenient and saved us a lot of money on taxis.

    Our romantic escape was not as peaceful as we anticipated due to the constant noise from construction happening on the property. the Wi-Fi was unreliable at best and made it difficult to keep in contact with loved ones back home.
